Application Process - We’re excited to invite prospective tenants to come and physically view our amazing rentals before applying!

Remember, each occupant aged 18 and older will need to provide their full name and date of birth.

After your viewing, if you’re ready to take the next step, you can easily submit your application online, but don’t forget that the $35 application fee must be paid first!

Just a heads-up: please allow 3-4 business days for us to process verification checks and confirm that all rental criteria are met and approved.

We can’t wait to offer our available homes to applicants in the order they are approved!

Available Homes Information - Homes are available once they are cleaned, repaired, and certified by our team.

Our list of available homes is updated regularly.

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.

Pets are permitted with restrictions:

Maximum of 2 pets per household.

One-time, non-refundable deposit of $150 per pet.
Please review these Qualifying Guidelines before applying for any rentals. If you don't think you will meet the criteria set forth in the guidelines, then please don't bother applying, as you'll just be losing your $35 non-refundable application fee!
